Nicolás Prado focuses his practice on regulatory, antitrust free competition, compliance, corporate and crime prevention law, representing our clients in litigation and arbitration in civil, commercial, environmental, and administrative matters.
Mr. Prado is actuary of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago) and the National Arbitration Center (2019 to date).
Prior to joining SLBZ, Mr. Prado worked as a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution and Compliance department at CMS Carey & Allende Abogados law firm (2018-2019), and as a lawyer for the Legal Department of Farmacias Ahumada-Walgreens Boots Alliance Chile (2016-2018).
Young arbitrator of the National Arbitration Center.
Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
