He develops his professional practice representing our clients in the real estate, construction, pharmaceutical, and natural resources industries, in litigation and arbitration involving civil, commercial, environmental, and administrative matters, as well as in corporate crime prevention. Additionally, he primarily advises pharmaceutical companies on regulatory matters, competition law, and corporate compliance.

Education:

Licensed, graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law, Universidad Diego Portales, Santiago, Chile (2016).
Lawyer qualified in 2017.
Diploma in Advanced Procedural Law and Litigation with a specialization in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2020-2021).
Course “Pandemic, Force Majeure, and Obligations” from the University de Los Andes (2020).

Attorney in the Dispute Resolution and Compliance areas at CMS Carey & Allende Abogados (2018-2019).
