He advises his clients on matters related to natural resources and the environment, both in the establishment and management of projects, as well as in litigation related to these subjects. He has extensive experience as a specialist in mining, water, electrical, and administrative issues, having prepared numerous legal reports on these subjects for private and public institutions.
