RICARDO BRANCOLI

He specializes in representing companies in civil, criminal, and arbitration proceedings, particularly those related to environmental, energy, real estate, construction, and casino matters, as well as in corporate reorganization proceedings and company liquidation. Additionally, he devotes part of his practice to advising individuals in lawsuits involving contractual and non-contractual civil liability, criminal actions and defenses, protective remedies, among others.
Furthermore, he serves as an arbitrator for the resolution of civil and commercial disputes.
